Shipping Availability

Right now, I’m shipping exclusively within the United States. Since each item is handmade and often personalized, I want to make sure every part of the process—from crafting to delivery—is smooth and reliable. Once I’ve got the hang of things, I absolutely plan to expand internationally. Thank you for your patience and support as I grow!

Processing & Shipping Times

Every item is made with care and intention. Here's what you can expect:

  • Ready-made items ship within 1-3 business days of your order. 

  • Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and current order volume. 

Please note: Because each item is handmade, processing times may vary. If we anticipate a delay due to high demand, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Your patience means the world to us!  If you are in need of an item by a specific time, please reach out and we can try to work something out if possible. 

  • All items are handmade in a dog-friendly home with supervision from my two Boston Terriers. Please consider this if you have pet allergies.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Fast, affordable shipping for most of the US: Orders to the 48 contiguous states qualify for our flat rate on "standard" shipping of $7.00 for orders under $150, Free shipping for orders over $150.00, and $15 for all "express" shipping. Alaska & Hawaii: We're happy to ship to you too! Due to the unique logistics of reaching these beautiful states, shipping is calculated at actual carrier rates for accurate and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier or insurance provider, if applicable.
