Warranty & Return Policy

At Jenuinely Yours Customs LLC, each item is handmade with care, creativity, and intention. Because of the unique nature of our products, we've crafted a policy that honors both our craftsmanship and your satisfaction.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The item received does not match the description
  • The item qualifies under our warranty policy

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right."

Important Information: All items are handmade in a dog-friendly home. Please consider this if you have pet allergies.

90-Day Limited Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery on all items. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship or materials under normal use
  • Issues related to the construction or assembly of the product

If your item qualifies, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or customer modifications
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water, heat, etc.)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@jenuinelyyourscustoms.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty claim, please email us at the email mentioned above with the following information for approval:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We'll respond within 5-7 business days

  •  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue. We assess each case individually to ensure a fair resolution. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if a refund is offered. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at the email mentioned above.
